About the Property

Now that the remodeling is done, there are 43 single-occupancy units, each with its own private bathroom. Residents share a large community kitchen and dining rooms. The building was previously a skilled nursing facility and has two internal open courtyards. It is 26,000 square feet. Residents will lease their own units and have on-site access to a host of services for mental and behavioral health, substance abuse, and work and career development. The site will be staffed 24/7. Residents

Potential residents must be referred through the Marin County Coordinated Entry System (CES). CES assesses a person’s vulnerability and matches them with the right resources to solve their homelessness.

Housing is Health Care

Homelessness is a cause and effect of physical and emotional health issues. We cannot solve these issues without solving housing. Once housed, residents of permanent supportive housing have access to an array of services, including quality health care and counseling.
